HOW TO REGISTER AND GET TICKETS TO AMBER BURN

1. Read our Participation Terms.
2. To be able to purchase your ticket, you need to create a Burner account. Therefore, please register here: https://amberburn.lt/registration.
3. Check your e-mail inbox or your spam folder, because you had to receive a confirmation email from Amber Burn. Complete your registration by clicking on the activation link sent to your e-mail. 
4. When your Burner account is activated, login again.
5. Once you log in, you will be directed to the questionnaire. It is essential for everyone over 16 years old to fill it out.
6. Did you fill out the questionnaire? Congrats. You are granted the possibility of purchasing your tickets! Do it right away. Under your account find the ”ticket purchase”.
7. Carefully select your tickets and note that they are non-refundable but transferable.
   1. Regular ticket: This is a regular burner Ticket that allows you to enter the temporary city of Amber Burn.
   2. Vehicle pass: This is a ticket for car parking.
   3. Camper, Van Pass: This is a ticket for camper van parking.
   4. Kids Ticket: This is a free ticket for kids up to 16 years old.

8. When you select your tickets, please answer the questions regarding the ticket holders. Please note that if you are purchasing more than one regular ticket, a second person still needs to register with Amber Burn. Create their account and fill out the questionnaire at https://amberburn.lt/registration/.
9. After all the information is filled out, you will be directed to the payment page. After the payment is successful, you will get a chance to download tickets to your device. Also, they will be sent to your e-mail address.

2. Check your e-mail inbox and spam for account recovery e-mail.
3. Click on the link to reset your password.
4. Once the password is reset, login to your account.

2. After your application has been reviewed, you will get an email with confirmation and instructions.
3. Follow the step-by-step guide on how to register and purchase your tickets, and make sure to use the code received in the email only for Ticket Aid type of the ticket.

It is easy to transfer your ticket to someone else. Go to your account and look for ticket transfers, and fill out the form to transfer your ticket to another burner! The new ticket holder should still register, if not yet registered. You can transfer: Regular Ticket, Vehicle Pass, Camper/van Pass, Kids Ticket.
